Baked Ricotta

Ingredients:Baked Ricotta
500g tub of Ricotta
Olive Oil
Chilli Flakes
Oregano

Method:

  1. Drain Ricotta until dry.
  2. Place in baking dish
  3. Drizzle oil on top and sprinkle with Chilli Flakes and Oregano.
  4. Bake for 40 mins on 180° degrees.
  5. Let stand for 5 – 10 minutes then serve with toasted Turkish bread.
