Polenta

Ingredients:Polenta
4 cups of Water
1 Packet Polenta (500g)
150g soft Cheese
½ cup of Parmesan Cheese
100g Butter

Method:

  1. Boil 4 cups of water and gradually add Polenta, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
  2. Stir until it becomes thick, and then add butter, soft cheese and Parmesan cheese. Stir well.
