Tomato & Bocconcini Salad

Preparation Time – 15 minutes

Ingredients:Tomato & Bocconcini Salad
2 Large Roma Tomatoes
500g Large Bocconcini
½ cup Pitted Black Olives
6 or 7 Fresh Basil Leaves

Dressing:

¼ cup of Extra Olive Oil
2 of Balsamic Vinegar
1 teaspoon Sugar

Method:

  1. Cut tomatoes and bocconcini into slices.
  2. Layer the tomatoes and bocconcini alternately on serving plate, sprinkle with basil and pitted olives.
  3. Dressing: Combine all ingredients and mix.
  4. Pour over bocconcini and tomatoes.
