Tomato & Bocconcini Salad
Preparation Time – 15 minutes
Ingredients:
2 Large Roma Tomatoes
500g Large Bocconcini
½ cup Pitted Black Olives
6 or 7 Fresh Basil Leaves
Dressing:
¼ cup of Extra Olive Oil
2 of Balsamic Vinegar
1 teaspoon Sugar
Method:
- Cut tomatoes and bocconcini into slices.
- Layer the tomatoes and bocconcini alternately on serving plate, sprinkle with basil and pitted olives.
- Dressing: Combine all ingredients and mix.
- Pour over bocconcini and tomatoes.
