Banana Sago Pudding
Ingredients:
1 Banana
1 can of Coconut Cream
1 litre of Milk
1 packet of Sago
100g crushed Peanuts
2 cups of White Sugar
Method:
- Soak sago pearls in milk overnight (preferable).
- Simmer sago, sugar and coconut milk in saucepan until sago turns soft and transparent.
- Than add chopped banana to soften.
- Serve and garnish with chopped peanuts.
