Chicken alla Carol

Ingredients:Chicken alla Carol
1kg Skinless Chicken Breast
300mL Cream
1 packet Cream of Mushroom Soup
1½ cups of wholemeal plain Flour
Rosemary
Garlic
Any dry herbs
2 tbsp grated Cheese

Method:

  1. Mix dry ingredients and herbs altogether in a freezer bag.
  2. Coat chicken breast well.
  3. Spray baking dish with oil and place chicken evenly in dish.
  4. Bake in moderate oven 180 degrees for approx 1 hour.
  5. Mix remaining flour mixture with cream.
  6. Pour over chicken in the last 15 minutes of cooking.
