Chicken alla Carol
Ingredients:
1kg Skinless Chicken Breast
300mL Cream
1 packet Cream of Mushroom Soup
1½ cups of wholemeal plain Flour
Rosemary
Garlic
Any dry herbs
2 tbsp grated Cheese
Method:
- Mix dry ingredients and herbs altogether in a freezer bag.
- Coat chicken breast well.
- Spray baking dish with oil and place chicken evenly in dish.
- Bake in moderate oven 180 degrees for approx 1 hour.
- Mix remaining flour mixture with cream.
- Pour over chicken in the last 15 minutes of cooking.
