Pasta con Sarde
Ingredients:
150g jar Anchovies in Oil
Extra Virgin Oil - few tbsp
Small Frypan
3 cloves Garlic
Fresh Italian Parsley
1 cup Dry Breadcrumbs
¼ cup Pecorino Cheese
Pkt Spaghetti
Salt & Pepper
Chilli
Method:
- Cook pasta in boiling water.
- Place Extra Virgin Oil in a small frypan and add Anchovies, Garlic, Parsley and Chilli.
- When cooked (make sure garlic does not burn) add to drained pasta.
- Place pot of Pasta back on low heat and add Breadcrumbs and Cheese.
- Stir through until all combined.
Serve.
