Ingredients:
Chicken pieces
Onions
Potatoes
Bayleaf
Herbs & Seasoning (Mediterranean)
Paprika
Chicken Stock Cube
Use gourmet potato size with small whole onions for special dinner occasions.
Method:
- Season chicken
- Brown chicken pieces in Bessemer pan (34cm Baking Dish & Lid is ideal)
- When well browned add onions, potatoes and bayleaf.
- Cook with lid on, vent open for approx. ¾ to one hour on medium heat.
- Optional: for a moister effect, add tomatoes.
