Chicken & Potatoes

Ingredients:Chicken & Potatoes
Chicken pieces
Onions
Potatoes
Bayleaf
Herbs & Seasoning (Mediterranean)
Paprika
Chicken Stock Cube

Use gourmet potato size with small whole onions for special dinner occasions.

Method:

  1. Season chicken
  2. Brown chicken pieces in Bessemer pan (34cm Baking Dish & Lid is ideal)
  3. When well browned add onions, potatoes and bayleaf.
  4. Cook with lid on, vent open for approx. ¾ to one hour on medium heat.
  5. Optional: for a moister effect, add tomatoes.
