Savoiardi Biscotti
Ingredients:
1 cup Castor Sugar
½ cup Canola Oil
3 Eggs
2 ½ cups Self Raising Flour
Lemon Rind (fresh)
Lemoncello (alcohol)
Cream & Berries
Method:
- Preheat oven to 150 degrees.
- Beat eggs, oil and sugar together.
- Fold in flour.
- Roll out and make pastry into fingers.
- Dip in bowl of Castor sugar.
- Bake for 8 – 10 minutes.
- Serve with a tablespoon of cream and berries.
