Savoiardi Biscotti

Ingredients:Savoiardi Biscotti
1 cup Castor Sugar
½ cup Canola Oil
3 Eggs
2 ½ cups Self Raising Flour
Lemon Rind (fresh)
Lemoncello (alcohol)
Cream & Berries

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees.
  2. Beat eggs, oil and sugar together.
  3. Fold in flour.
  4. Roll out and make pastry into fingers.
  5. Dip in bowl of Castor sugar.
  6. Bake for 8 – 10 minutes.
  7. Serve with a tablespoon of cream and berries.
