Parmesan Potatoes
Ingredients:
4 Potatoes (long in length if possible)
¼ cup Olive Oil
¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Clove Garlic (optional)
Method:
- Peel and cut the potatoes in half lengthways.
- Make small slits in the potatoes making sure not to cut all the way through.
- Place on a baking tray. Brush with oil and crushed garlic if using the garlic.
- Then sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese.
- Put in preheated moderate oven for approximately 30 – 35 mintues until cooked.
