Prawn Cocktail | Beef & Guiness Stew with Dumplings | Bread & Butter Pudding

Prawn Cocktail

Ingredients:Prawn Cocktail
½ kg Cooked Prawns, tails intact
1 Iceberg Lettuce, finely shredded or mixed salad leaves
2 ripe Avocadoes
1 cup full fat Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
Dash of Worchester Sauce
Pinch of Paprika
Salt & Pepper
Bread (Wholemeal/Brown) to serve
Lemons to serve (optional)
Usually cocktail glasses to serve

Method:

  1. Mix the Mayonnaise, Ketchup, Worchester Sauce, Salt & Pepper together.
  2. Cut the Avocado into slices.
  3. Place the Lettuce into a serving glass or prepare on a plate.
  4. Place the Prawns and Avocado slices neatly and add sauce carefully on top and sprinkle with a little Paprika.
  5. Serve with Lemon wedges and cut bread.
