Pork Sausages alla Siciliana
Ingredients:
6 Thick Italian Pork Sausages
Method:
- Heat the pan until its hot and brown sausages all over.
- When partially cooked (or sausages feel firm), slice the sausages in half, but not all the ways through – so that they are butterflied and finish cooking the sausages face down on the split side.
- Place cooked sausages on a dish and top with roast capsicums and a sprinkle of parsley.
