Wasabi Oysters | Ginger Beef | Caramel Ginger Mandarins

Wasabi Oysters

Ingredients:Wasabi Oysters
6 Oysters
1 teaspoon Wasabi
Splash of Mirin or Sake
Juice of ½ a lime
6 pieces Pickled Ginger

Method:

  1. Mix mirin, wasabi, sesame oil and lime in small bowl.
  2. Check the oysters for grit and place in serving spoons.
  3. Cover the oysters with juice and twist a small piece of pickled ginger for garnish. Chill......not you the oysters.
