Spinach Salad
Ingredients:
1 bunch Baby Spinach
1 Avocado
100g Semi Sun-dried Tomatoes
200g Pine Nuts
Caffe 26 Dressing (½ bottle)
Method:
- Wash spinach and place in a dish, cut avocado into slices and cut tomatoes in half.
- Place onto spinach leaves and toast pine nuts in oven.
- Sprinkle over spinach.
- Pour the dressing over and serve.
