Coconut Icecream with Pureed Kiwi Fruit
Ingredients:
1 ltr of Vanilla Icecream
½ cup of Coconut cream
2 kiwi fruit (peeled and pureed)
Strawberries for decoration
Method:
- Soften vanilla icecream in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
- Stir in coconut cream and mix well.
- Place in freezer for a few hours until firm.
- Serve with pureed kiwi fruit and strawberries.
