Parmesan Potatoes
Ingredients:
6 large Potatoes (peeled)
1 large carton of Cream
1 tbsp Garlic (minced)
Sea Salt
2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
Splash of Milk
Method:
- Slice potatoes finely and then parboil.
- Place in an oven proof dish. Cover with cream, minced garlic, salt, milk and parmesan cheese.
- Mix lightly and top with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
- Bake in 200° oven until golden.
