Crisp Garden Salad

Ingredients:Crisp Garden Salad
1 x Cos lettuce
1 x continental cucumber
Two tablespoons capers
1 cup good quality green and black olives
1 x salad onion
2 x Roma tomatoes
Dash of balsamic vinegar
Dash of extra virgin olive oil
Salt and Pepper
One large crusty Italian bread loaf

Method:

Wash and pat dry, chop up the above ingredients and mix well. Season with oil, vinegar and Salt & Pepper and serve with thickly sliced italian loaf.
