Curried Prawns

Ingredients:Curried Prawns
20 King Prawns
Keens Curry Powder
Coconut Cream (1 tin)
Fresh Coriander Leaves (1 bunch)
2 x White Onions
Olive Oil
Crushed Ginger & Garlic
Curry Leaves
Salt & Pepper
1 Lime

Method:

  1. Heat oil, fry sliced onions, crushed ginger-garlic. 
  2. Add curry powder, fry well. 
  3. Add ½ cup water and stir well. 
  4. Add prawns and cook on medium heat. 
  5. After 1 minute add 1 cup coconut milk.  Let it simmer for 2 mins. 
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander salt and pepper to taste.
