Garlic Bread

Ingredients:Garlic Bread
1 loaf Italian Bread (sliced 1cm thick)
200g Butter
Knob garlic (crushed finely)
½ cup parsley (chopped finely)

Method:

  1. Mix butter, garlic and parsley together.
  2. Spread mixture evenly on both sides of the bread.
  3. Place in sandwich press & cook until golden brown.
  4. Serve with baked Provoletta.
