Potato Wedges

Ingredients: Potato Wedges
1kg Potatoes (peeled & cut into wedges)
½ tbsp Salt
½ tbsp Pepper
¼ cup Olive Oil
½ tbsp Rosemary

Method:

  1. Place, peeled and cut potatoes in a large bowl.
  2. Pour remaining ingredients over the potatoes and mix well.
  3. Place on a baking tray and bake for about 45 mins on 200°C.
