Potato Wedges
Ingredients: 
1kg Potatoes (peeled & cut into wedges)
½ tbsp Salt
½ tbsp Pepper
¼ cup Olive Oil
½ tbsp Rosemary
Method:
- Place, peeled and cut potatoes in a large bowl.
- Pour remaining ingredients over the potatoes and mix well.
- Place on a baking tray and bake for about 45 mins on 200°C.
