Pesto Dip with Toasted Turkish Bread

Ingredients:Pesto Dip with Toasted Turkish Bread
1 cup coarsely chopped Basil
1 clove Garlic crushed
2 tbsp Pine Nuts, toasted
2 tbsp finely grated Parmesan Cheese
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
300g Sour Cream
Turkish Bread

Method:

  1. Blend or process basil, garlic, nuts, cheese, oil and juice until smooth.
  2. Combine in a medium bowl with cream and serve with Turkish bread.
  3. Cut Turkish bread into small pieces and brush with a little olive oil.
  4. Bake in a moderate oven until golden.
  5. Serve with dip.
