Pesto Dip with Toasted Turkish Bread
Ingredients:
1 cup coarsely chopped Basil
1 clove Garlic crushed
2 tbsp Pine Nuts, toasted
2 tbsp finely grated Parmesan Cheese
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
300g Sour Cream
Turkish Bread
Method:
- Blend or process basil, garlic, nuts, cheese, oil and juice until smooth.
- Combine in a medium bowl with cream and serve with Turkish bread.
- Cut Turkish bread into small pieces and brush with a little olive oil.
- Bake in a moderate oven until golden.
- Serve with dip.
