Fruity Christmas Slice
Ingredients:
125g Sultanas
125g currants
125g raisins
125g dates
125g dried apricots
125g mixed peel
125g almond slithers
60 g glaced cherries and pineapple
3 Eggs
? cup honey
½ cup of Baileys Liqueur
1¼ cups plain flour (sifted)
Method:
- Dice fruit to uniform size and combine all ingredients mixing well.
- Press into a lined 30 x 25cm tin.
- Cook at 150 degrees for 40 mins.
- Cool in tin and then slice and dust with Icing sugar and drizzle with Chocolate.
