Banana Soufflé
Ingredients:
4 Egg Whites
100g Sugar
1 Banana
100g Honey
50g Butter
4 Small Soufflé baking dishes (tea cup size)
Method:
- Preheat oven to 200°.
- Grease soufflé dishes with butter, and then sprinkle with a little sugar.
- Beat egg whites and 4 teaspoons of sugar together until stiff.
- Peel banana and squash with a fork. Add honey and mix well.
- Fold the banana mixture into the egg whites. Try not to over mix.
- Pour into soufflé dishes and bake for about ten minutes.
- Serve warm.
