Banana Soufflé

Ingredients:Banana Soufflé
4 Egg Whites
100g Sugar
1 Banana
100g Honey
50g Butter
4 Small Soufflé baking dishes (tea cup size)

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°.
  2. Grease soufflé dishes with butter, and then sprinkle with a little sugar.
  3. Beat egg whites and 4 teaspoons of sugar together until stiff.
  4. Peel banana and squash with a fork. Add honey and mix well.
  5. Fold the banana mixture into the egg whites. Try not to over mix.
  6. Pour into soufflé dishes and bake for about ten minutes.
  7. Serve warm.
