Olive Bread | Rosa's Mussels | Tuscan Veal | Banana Soufflé

Olive Bread

Ingredients:
French Stick
50g Kalamata Olives (pitted)
4 Cloves of Garlic
100g Butter
Grated Cheese (Parmesan)

Method:

  1. Slice French stick, not through to the end.
  2. Peel and crush garlic, finely.
  3. Chop Olives.
  4. Place butter, olives and garlic in a bowl and mix well.
  5. Spread butter mixture on each slice of bread.
  6. Sit French stick in foil.
  7. Spread more butter mixture over the top of the loaf and then sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven (180°) until golden brown.
