Charlie's Egg with Spring Onions

Ingredients:Charlie's Egg with Spring Onions
1 Bunch Spring Onions
4 Eggs
Salt
Pepper
Olive Oil

Method:

  1. Cut spring onions in 1cm pieces.
  2. Heat oil in pan, add all the spring onions and cook for a few minutes.
  3. Add ½ cup of water, salt and pepper.
  4. Place lid on frypan so spring onions soften.
  5. Once the onions are cooked, add the eggs & replace with the lid and cook for approximately 5 – 7 minutes.
