Nonna's Chilli Peas

Ingredients:Nonna's Chilli Peas
500g Frozen Peas
Parsley (1 tbsp)
Chilli (1 tbsp)
Garlic (1 Clove)
Olive Oil
Salt

Method:

  1. Place the peas in a saucepan.
  2. Add the garlic, chilli, parsley, salt and a good drizzle of oil.
  3. Place the lid on the pan and cook for about 15 minutes until peas are cooked.
  4. Serve with roast goat.
