Butterscotch Self Saucing Pudding
Ingredients:
1 cup Self Raising Flour
? cup of Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
60g Melted Butter
½ cup of Milk
Sauce
2 tbsp Golden Syrup
1½ cups Hot Water
30g Margarine
Method:
- Mix together & place in a greased oven proof dish and pour sauce over top of mixture.
- Bake in moderate oven over 30 – 35 minutes or in a microwave for 5 minutes on high & use a large bowl.
Sauce
- Place all ingredients in a saucepan & stir over low heat until margarine melts.
- Pour over pudding mixture.
