Butterscotch Self Saucing Pudding

Ingredients:Butterscotch Self Saucing Pudding
1 cup Self Raising Flour
? cup of Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
60g Melted Butter
½ cup of Milk

Sauce
2 tbsp Golden Syrup
1½ cups Hot Water
30g Margarine

Method:

  1. Mix together & place in a greased oven proof dish and pour sauce over top of mixture.
  2. Bake in moderate oven over 30 – 35 minutes or in a microwave for 5 minutes on high & use a large bowl.

Sauce

  1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan & stir over low heat until margarine melts.
  2. Pour over pudding mixture.
