Persian Fetta Salad
Ingredients:
1 Baby Cos Lettuce
200g Persian Fetta
200g Roasted Peeled Almonds
Olive Oil
White Vinegar
Salt and Pepper
Method:
- Roast the almonds in an oven or quickly in a skillet.
- While they are heating up wash and chop the baby cos lettuce into a large bowl.
- Mash the hot almonds into the Persian fetta, then place in with the lettuce.
- Add olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste and mix with your hands before serving.
