Chilli Garlic Prawns

Ingredients:Chilli Garlic Prawns
1kg Peeled Prawns
4 Spring Onions
1 teaspoon Lemon Pepper
½ cup of Olive Oil
4 cloves of Garlic
4 Hot Chilli
Small bunch of Parsley
Splash of White Wine
1 teaspoon of Salt

Method:

  1. Clean & drain prawns & add oil to wok & preheat.
  2. Cut spring onions, chilli, garlic & parsley finely & mix with prawns.
  3. Add in salt, lemon pepper & wine & mix well into prawns.
  4. Once the wok is hot, add prawns and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately.
