Greek Chicken

Ingredients:Greek Chicken
10 Chicken Thighs
8 Garlic Cloves
3 Lemons (Rind & Juice)
½ teaspoon Chilli Flakes
Handful of fresh Rosemary, Parsley, Mint, Oregano or Marjoram
Dried Oregano (1 teaspoon)
¼ cup Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard

Method:

  1. To make marinade, mix all the ingredients except the chicken.
  2. Pour over the chicken thighs and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Cook on the BBQ or oven bake for 35 minutes on 180°C.
