Greek Chicken
Ingredients:
10 Chicken Thighs
8 Garlic Cloves
3 Lemons (Rind & Juice)
½ teaspoon Chilli Flakes
Handful of fresh Rosemary, Parsley, Mint, Oregano or Marjoram
Dried Oregano (1 teaspoon)
¼ cup Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
Method:
- To make marinade, mix all the ingredients except the chicken.
- Pour over the chicken thighs and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Cook on the BBQ or oven bake for 35 minutes on 180°C.
