Orange & Cardamom Crepes

Ingredients:Orange & Cardamom Crepes
Crepes:
1 Egg
1 cup Milk
½ cup Flour
Pinch of Salt
(Mix together and set aside for 30 minutes)

Filling:
250g Mascarpone or Cream Cheese
¼ cup Castor Sugar
1 tbsp Cardamom Powder
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
3 Orange (Zest)
1 Orange (Juice)
200mL Whipped Cream
Icing Sugar (for dusting)

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients but cream together until smooth then fold in whipped cream.
  2. Lay crepe out & spread mixture over.
  3. Then roll into a tube and dust with icing sugar.
