Vegetarian Soba Noodles Stirfry
Ingredients:
Oyster Sauce
4 Carrots (peeled & sliced)
2 shoots of Spring Onion (sliced finely)
5 Large mushrooms (sliced)
Broccoli (cut into small flowerets)
2 Large red capsicums (sliced into strips)
120g dried soba noodles (Hakubaku brand preferred)
Olive Oil
Method:
- Heat oil in wok.
- Add vegetables & fry until tender. Add oyster sauce and stir.
- Cook soba noodles as per directions on the packet.
- Add noodles to vegetables, stir through and serve hot.
