Sundried Tomato & Kalamata Olive Vol-au-vents
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 cup of milk
½ cup of plain flour
½ cup grated cheese
¼ Kalamata olives
¼ cup Sundried Tomatoes
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
4 large Vol-au-vents
Method:
- Prepare Vol-au-vents onto a lined tray. E
- Beat eggs until light, add flour and mix until all combined.
- Add all other ingredients and mix.
- Spoon into Vol-au-vents and place into pre heated oven for 15 minutes on 180C.
