Vietnamese Rice Rolls
Ingredients:
15 Rice Paper Rolls
1 cup Cooked Chicken
1 cup Coriander Leaves
125g pkt Rice Noodle (Vermicelli)
4 Spring Onions (cut into fine strips)
1 Carrot (cut into fine strips)
½ Cucumber (cut into fine strips)
1 long Chilli, deseeded and thinly sliced (optional)
Sweet Chilli Sauce or Plum Sauce to Serve with
Method:
- Dip rice paper in warm water until soft.
- Place on a damp tea towel.
- Place all ingredients in the centre of the rice paper, fold to enclose.
- Place on platter with dipping sauce in separate bowl.
