Honey Lemon Chicken with Steamed Rice

Honey Lemon Chicken with Steamed RiceIngredients:
500g Skinless Chicken (cubed)
Cornflour  
Salt and Pepper
1 Lemon
Honey
2 cups Jasmine Rice

Method:

    1. Coat chicken pieces in cornflour seasoned with salt and pepper.
    2. Pan-fry approx 10 pieces at a time.
    3. When all the chicken is cooked, return to pan and squeeze the juice of 1 lemon.
    4. Pour generous serving of honey and simmer for 5 minutes.
    5. Serve hot over steamed rice.
