Honey Lemon Chicken with Steamed Rice
Ingredients:
500g Skinless Chicken (cubed)
Cornflour
Salt and Pepper
1 Lemon
Honey
2 cups Jasmine Rice
Method:
- Coat chicken pieces in cornflour seasoned with salt and pepper.
- Pan-fry approx 10 pieces at a time.
- When all the chicken is cooked, return to pan and squeeze the juice of 1 lemon.
- Pour generous serving of honey and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot over steamed rice.
