Zucchini and Cream Fusilli
Ingredients:
2 Zucchini
1 Onion
1 Garlic Clove
1 tspn Chicken Stock (loose)
300mL Cream
4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese (grated)
1 tspn Olive oil
1kg Fusilli Pasta
Method:
- Chop up zucchini, onion and garlic and place into frypan to cook until softened, also add the loose chicken stock.
- Place cooked ingredients into a blender and blend into a pureed form, then add cream and parmesan and blend again.
- Once all blended place back into pot on stove until ready to serve.
