Sesame Chicken Tenders with Asian Greens and Tamari/Honey Sauce

Ingredients:
Tamar / Honey Sauce:
2 tbsp Tamari Sauce
3 tbsp Water
3 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 – 2 teaspoons Potato Starch
Sesame Chicken Tenders:
8 Chicken Tenderloins
1 cup Sesame Seeds
2 Eggs
1 – 2 tbsp Chilli Flakes
Large pinch Sea Salt
Method:
Tamar / Honey Sauce:
- Place all ingredients except starch in a small pot.
- Heat and stir until oil and honey have combined.
- Add potato starch and stir continuously until sauce has thickened to required consistency.
Sesame Chicken Tenders:
- Heat frying pan with oil.
- Mix sesame seeds, chilli flakes and salt in a medium bowl.
- Whisk eggs in a separate medium bowl.
- Dip individual tenderloins in egg to coat then coat in sesame mixture and place straight onto heat frypan until cooked through.
- Set aside for serving.
Bok Choy:
- Place Bok choy quarters into boiling water for up to one minute – or until vibrant green colour.
- Remove from boiling water and run under running cool water quickly to stop cooking process.
- Be careful not to make them too cold.
Serve chicken tenders and bok choy with Tamari/Honey Sauce
